What is Positive Thinking really all about and how, in our daily lives, does it make a difference?
Your mental moods are picked up by the people around you and they are going to react accordingly. If you Think success, good feelings about yourself and happiness then the Positive Thinking vibrations that you put out are going to bring like-minded people right to you because they Like those Positive feelings! Positive Thinking is Contagious!!
Positive Thinking doesn’t just Fall into of lap! You have to Want it! And Want it sooo much that you are willing to work a little bit to get it! Positive Thinking has to be the most Predominate thing in your mental attitude. You have to be willing to change your inner way of thinking about things. You have to want to have and keep a mental power that is going to affect those people around you, your environment and You! It isn’t enough to have Positive Thinking for a few moments and then start having Negative Thoughts and getting ‘down’ on yourself and wishing you were just not here!
It only takes a few things to get started on the Positive Thinking ride and once you get started and feel how good you Really Feel, the rest is a ‘Piece of Cake’!
Don’t listen to Negative Thoughts! Only think Happy, Constructive Thoughts!
Get out of the I can’t mode! Those two words are the most destructive words I know! Use Positive words like I can, it Can be done, I am able, etc.
When you are talking to people let yourself evoke feelings of Happiness, strength success!! And see how they respond to you!
S\tay away from Negative news, newspapers, people ---- anything Negative!! You don’t need it in your life!Keep your Back Straight and your Eyes looking Forward! Exercise ---- walk ---- swim ---- any physical thing that makes you Feel good about your body and yourself!
Always believe in yourself even if things aren’t going soo good because if you can keep upbeat and in a Positive thinking mental Attitude it will affect you and things will start happening the way you want them too!
Never Give Up!!!
