Believing that you Can lose weight no matter how unfit you are - right now - or how overweight you are - right now - is where the achievement of losing weight begins!

Forgetting everything that has gone on before --- the failed diets, the failed exercise programs has to happen because if you constantly think about the Past’ -- the ‘Past’ will continue to happen!
Start with a clean pad and want to lose weight and take control of your life!
Take a little quiet time and decide what Program you want to get on -- be detailed about it and then stick with it. Make it simple! If you are a person that has enough self-motivation to go it on your on ---- Go for it! ---- but know that there are going to be days that you are probably going to ‘slip up’. Have a Plan to keep yourself from ‘raiding the fridge’ or stopping at the nearest convenience store for the proverbial BIG bag of chips! A Friend to call, a favorite place to go to that is going to keep your Mind and Hands busy! Keep the word ‘Failure’ out of your vocabulary! Negative words are just as bad as negative actions! Positive Thinking for Weight Loss is hard, but you are your own worst enemy if you do not keep the Positive Thinking going!
Try not to have a ‘maybe’ attitude. ‘I will’, ‘I can’ and ‘I am going to’ are Positive Thinking Mindsets that will keep you ’on focus’.
All of us know what we need to do and what we need to eat to lose weight and to be healthy and, for awhile we get all ‘hyped’ up and do really good, but when the ‘sizes’ don’t go down and the weight doesn’t ‘fall’ off we go back into the same routine!!
I am working on my Body and weight right now! I go to the gym Mon’s, Wed’s and Fri’s and do the ‘machines and then I Lap swim! The swimming is what keeps me going! I DO NOT get on the Scale! I go --- I enjoy! ---- I come home and go on with my
day!
Unless you have a medical problem that prevents you from losing weight or inches then -----                                                         It Can Be Done!
