Positive Thinking can really be Hard sometimes! Last Thursday we ran out of water ---- we have a well ----- we are still out of water! And today my laptop went down! I am using my husband’s right now ---- won’t get mine back for about 2 weeks!!
Where to I go and what do I do?!?
I have learned over the years that I can sit down and cry, which, by the way, is O.K.! As long as you don’t do it for very long and you get up, put your nose forward and get on with it!
Taking some Solitary time can bring that Positive Thinking mode back into your life!
Whatever makes you feel good --- taking a walk, listening to nature, rocking your child, listening to Your music, baking, sewing ---- Whatever!!!
Things happen that none of us have any control over but, if we get and Stay in the Negative I can Assure you that the problem won’t get any better!
Soooo many Negative things have happened in my life and I drank and drugged thinking that I was going to feel better and things were going to get better! NOT!!
I learned Meditation Techniques, Positive Thinking Techniques and also learned how to set down and fiqure it out and work until I got it fixed! One way or another!
Solitude can help us to become focused on what we need to do and In the meantime realize that there are always beautiful things going on in our lives!!
