What is Happiness and how does it apply to Positive Thinking? All of us want Happiness but, for some reason, it seems to allude many of us!

In the following I am going to bring up some points that, if used, can and will make your days and life a much Happier place!

1. Create happiness! Find activities and pursuits that give you a Positive purpose in your life! Things that you are Passionate about and makes your Heart sing! This is how you find Happiness!

2. Don’t wait for Happiness to just fall in your lap! Go, right now, and find it! There is no greater time than the Present, for the Past is gone and the Future is yet to appear. People, when in a difficult situation have the habit of wanting to be somewhere else, thinking that being somewhere else is going to solve everything and everything will be good and that they will be happy finally. This way of thinking is generally a Pipe Dream!

3. Accepting responsibility for how, what and where your life is can be very hard but, you and only you can get and keep that Positive Thinking going on! Everyone has a mind and two feet! Get out of the situation and walk forward with a Purpose!

4. Don’t be scared. Be bold in your goals and take the challenges handed to you! Obstacles and overcoming them and bring such a Positive Attitude to your life! Eleanor Roosevelt made a statement that said something like, The most Positive thing that you can do is to face Fear and conquer it!

5. What you think about and visualize in your mind is all up to you! Think Happiness, expect Happiness, create Happiness!

6. Take your emotions and increase your awareness of them. Grow and learn from the inside. Once you figure out what your core beliefs are, the bad, unhealthy behaviors, habits and attitudes that you have had and that have been causing your happiness will slowly fall away and everyday will be brighter, lighter and happier!
7. Connect with people and things that bring you happiness and that you can return it! The relationships that we develop are what makes life worthwhile! If we are around negative unhappy people all of the time then our lifes are going to be miserable! And who wants that!?! Don’t separate yourself ---- “Lonely” is a very unhappy, negative place!

8. Bring other people to you! There is nothing like bringing a smile to someone’s face and doing something kind and from your heart. What a Positive Thinking Technique that is and one that will bring Happiness to you everyday!
9. Put action and power into everything that you do! Know your goals and purposes that you want in your life and ‘Go For It‘! Don’t expend your energies on activities that are going to bring a negative arena into your life.
It is your life! Take hold of it and fly! Look at the things that you get involved in as Adventures
and Enjoy and Savor every moment that you have!
