The behavior that we have learned to automatically respond and react to everyday events in our life, be it Positive Thinking or Negative Thinking, is in our subconscious. We need to be able to respond quickly to events around us. If we had to re-examine every aspect of things every time something simple happened, it would just be impossible! We are automatically able to respond to circumstances quickly and easily to help us in our everyday living or if we are in trouble or in danger because of the responses that we have been taught. If we have Positive Thinking in our subconscious and we think and live our lives accordingly, then what we are doing is O.K.!!!
But!!
If some of the foundation beliefs on which most of what we learned come from a Skewed(Messed Up!) Perspective then, we have Problems! Then, as Adults, what we learned as children isn’t going to fit into the World that we live in now.
Therefore, If we have been raised in a Negative arena where our Self-Esteem has been put down all the time and we have been told that we are no good or will never amount to anything then ----- Positive Thinking Affirmations!!
Get up every morning ---- I don’t care where you are! And go to the mirror and look at the Person looking back at you!

If you see a Person that needs some fixin’ --- physically, mentally, emotionally ----- get to Fixin’!! If you need help ---- find it ---- it is always out there!
Make your Day --- Every Day ---- a Positive Thinking Day! --- All Day!
Make of list of Positive Thinking Affirmations ----- 30 seconds or so in length ---- that you can say automatically wherever you are --- say them Often! And then see if your Life does not become more Positive Every Single Day! and that your Life becomes Happier, more Prosperous and
Peaceful!!
