I would like to bring some more thoughts and ideas on goals and goal setting.

Mentally placing yourself into the future, try to ‘feel’ that Positive accomplishment of reaching the first goal that your wrote down. Pretend how that ‘feeling’ of excitement and happiness feels! This is what a Positive Thinking Exercise is. This kind of exercise will help you in actually meeting your goal because it gives you Positive thoughts to keep you going to get where you want to be! Know that you can use your own Positive Thinking inner power to change your life! And that goal you are reaching for is going to come easier than you ever thought it could because now you are starting to feel secure in yourself and what you can do. A lot of us never get to this point because our environment( people, places, things) knocks us down and we don’t have the mental or emotional stamina to get up and keep going. This does Not have to happen and with Positive Thinking Techniques and Exercises it won’t!

Now that you are more comfortable in yourself and have some excitement about what you are doing and where you are going ---- stop a minute and ask yourself what are some things that you can do to bring your goal closer ---- slow and easy now! Don’t trip yourself up! Think practical and #1 rule?!? You got it!! ---- Write it down! Then ---- start working on it. Do it everyday a little at a time and each day it will get better and most important of all ---- don’t let Negative people, places or things get in your way. Stay with Positive Thoughts that you can do whatever it is you are wanting to accomplish and you will.

When you have finally reached that goal ---- celebrate! ---- Be proud of yourself ---- you worked hard for it!

Everything takes time so, give it to yourself and notice how things are going better in your life, your work and your relationships!
