Positive Thinking Technigues and Anxiety |

In social situations almost everyone has felt anxious at one time or another. Being dressed differently, feeling uncertain, or awkward or having to do something that is uncomfortable can make the most Positive of us feel anxious!. Are there Positive Thinking Ideas or Positive Thinking Techniques that can help us to overcome these things?!? YES!! I don’t know too many people that have not been anxious able meeting new people, having to speak in front of a group or being called up to talk to the principal or boss. We think that we are not going to know how to perform or what to say ----- that we are going to be laughed at or put down so, therefore, we have already put ourselves in a Negative place.
It can be very hard to learn how to put ourselves in a Positive light ------ the most important being Positive about ourselves. We all either get our self-confidence or lack of from our growin’ up, not always having the opportunity to have people behind us, keeping our confidence up in times that were sorely lacking!!
I think that, first of all, we have to sit down with ourselves and think of all the things that we are good at and All of Us are good at some things no matter what other people might say. Perhaps getting a friend that we can trust to really open our feelings to without thinking that they are going to think us silly or whatnot could help.
There is a big world out there and not being able to enjoy each and every day should not have to happen.
