We all have goals and we all try very hard to reach them but, our goals generally fall by the wayside ---- not because we haven’t worked to get there --- we just don’t know how to go about it.
I am going to give everyone a few Positive Thinking Techniques in this Post and wind it up in the next Post so that everyone will have time to assimilate the Techniques and work on them one by one.
These Positive Thinking Exercises have worked very well for me for years because if I don’t set goals in my busy life nothing would get done!! And greatest of all ---- a lot of books don’t have to be read ---- wherever is good for you is where you can do this ---- and no money out of your pocket! Sounding good already?!?
OKAY!!
First of all, most of us make our goals too big! Start Small ---- maybe just a little out of your ‘comfort zone’. It is important that you become confident in what you are doing and not have stress so that when you reach your goal you can be proud.
Pick a reasonable goal ---- one that you know you can achieve. In this way you can build up your success instead of going Big and falling down! A ‘little’ goes a long way and a better life will come with the learning.
Now, get a small notebook, or journal and write down a small goal that you want to accomplish and be passionate about it! Get excited about whatever it is and work for it! We all can take the time to create and get what we want if we really want it bad enough!
Giving up is the #1 reason that people can’t reach their goals!
Please, in your finding a place to do this, make it a serene and peaceful place so that you do not have a lot of ‘noise’ surrounding you and in your mind.
